CATHIP Health Hour

The CATHIP Health Hour is a pioneering online session designed to address the healthcare needs and concerns of the Black community. These sessions are free and occur every Saturday at 11am.

CATHIP Health Hour is for you and fully facilitated by Black healthcare professionals, where they present on diverse health topics such as diabetes, heart health, mental health, menopause, screenings, cancer and more. 

 

Our professionals actively engage with community members, delivering crucial information on prevention, management, and treatment and addressing audience questions. 

 

The Caribbean African Targeted Health Improvement Programme (CATHIP) is a collaborative educative and empowering health literacy programme.
